A favorite seasonal special we started a couple years ago. We purchase pure Maple Syrup from Vermont and age it in our used Bourbon Barrels where it picks up some of the barrel and bourbon flavor. We pasteurize it to remove any alcohol and what is left is an intense, insanely delicious syrup that you will want to share! (Or maybe not!)
